- Yes — we offer a free 14-active-day trial for all plans. Days when you don't open the add-on don't count against the trial. Install Formula Foundry and you'll automatically have access to every feature. No credit card required. After the trial period ends, you'll be offered to subscribe to one of our plans.
- Starter and Pro plans are billed monthly (cancel anytime) or annually (two months free on the yearly plan). Business plans are annual contracts billed via invoice. All recurring payments are managed via our secure payment portal — Stripe.
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade between Starter and Pro at any time from your billing portal — proration is automatic. On Pro and Business, you can add or remove seats during the billing cycle and we'll only charge you for the time used.
- Absolutely. Formula Foundry doesn't store your spreadsheet data — all computations happen inside your Google Sheets™ or Microsoft Excel™. We only store your name, email address, and snippets, which can be removed by request anytime. We comply with Google's security standards for Google Workspace™ add-ons.
- We're here for you. All users get access to our online documentation and contact forms. We also love feedback — many of our newest features came directly from user suggestions. Pro and Business customers get faster response times, and Business customers get a dedicated account manager.
